| Rules | Prease make sure you carefully read and understand the following Entry Rules and Regulations of the Shiretoko Annual Photography Awards. Print Size: A4 (210×297mm) or Quarto (245×305mm) How many pictures you can send: up to 5 pieces per head. *Pictures must be taken Shiretoko (Rausu, Shari, Utoro). Nothing should be added to or taken away from an image. *Entrant may submit any pictures regardless of the date it was taken. *Normal processing of RAW files and limited adjustment of the image are allowed. Special techniques such as HDR and panoramic stitching are permitted as long as described in the entry form. *For any reason, all the pieces submitted are not given back, including the case you withdraw your submission. *Candidates of winner are required to supply high-resolution files. |

Rules for Application
●Each Submission must be the original work of the Entrant, must be taken and owned by the Entrant. ●Images should not have been entered in previous contests or for previous awards. It should not have been published in any commercial medium. ●Entrant is responsible for taking all steps necessary to protect the rights of persons depicted, including but not limited to obtaining the prior permission of the right holder. ●Entrant agrees that tourism association of Rausu is not responsible of any and all disputes in connection with this contest, and shall be resolved individually. ●A case that you do not follow the rules and regulations issued from the Shiretoko national park and Rausu town will be disqualified.Submision
●Mounted prints or prints of out of the designated size will be disqualified. ●All items of entry form should be filled and attached to the backside of each print. ●Entrant can send prints belong to different categories by using single envelope.Prize
●Award winners have to supply the digital images by the designated date. ●As a condition of having a photograph selected as a winning image, photographers agree to a non-exclusive rights allowing Tourism Association of Rausu hanging the images in public exhibitions, and displaying the images on websites, and using images to promote the tourism of Rausu. ●We do not answer any questions or claims about the results of competition.Personal Information
●Personal information described in the entry form are going to be used only for the communication to each entrant. ●Name and country of winners may be shown at ceremonies, exhibitions and publications.Other Rules
